Before we begin, we’ll take a few minutes to review your health history, goals, and preferences—and we’ll walk through informed consent so you feel comfortable and supported.
Modalities may include Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, Positional Release, Integrative Neuromuscular Release, Light Touch Massage, Biofield Tune-up and Karuna Reiki. Treatments provided by a licensed massage therapist or licensed allied health professionals.
Recommended frequency: Acute issues often respond best to 1×/week to 2x/week initially; ongoing maintenance is typically 1–2×/month.
All sessions are priced by total minutes of encounter time. Packages and memberships are prepaid. Sessions must be used within 6 months. Memberships auto‑renew monthly and may be paused with 48 hours’ notice.
