We encourage you to register on-line to help to ensure your enrollment in the next available class. If you do not wish to submit your registration on-line, you may download an Adobe version of our registration form by clicking here. Fill in the input fields, and then print the form using the printer icon located at the top of the form (not your browser's print option). This form does require Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you don't already have it, you can click here to download it for free.
